The permit is official: Be-In Joy will return to the Parkman Bandstand on Boston Common on Saturday, November 21, from 12:00 to 4:00 p.m. Be-In Joy is a free, open-air event where people come together through music, dancing, play, conversation, active listening, gratitude, and other shared experiences that create joy and connection.
