Be-In Joy Boston’ is a place to rediscover joy. You can escape from whatever troubles you by participating in an event where the sole purpose is to be happy, spread that happiness and uplift each other. It’s a place to leave behind the worries, laugh freely, and enjoy the company of others who are also there just to be happy. This event centers around positivity and authentic connections and provides the opportunity to break free from the mundane and find your joy.

We Need Your Help!

We would love your support in whatever form you can give it. Obviously, money is welcome so we can get the items we need to make the event the best it can be, but here are other ways you can help us:

• Help us plan! We have a Meetup on Thursdays at 6 pm every week until the event.

• Spread the word all over. You can do this by sharing on social media, printing up and hanging up posters or handing out flyers (you can find that material here)

• Rather than a direct donation, you could choose to pay for any of the necessities of the event, for instance

  • Renting sound equipment​​

  • Signs to put around the event (see below)

  • Marketing materials for us to spread around

• You could volunteer at the event or at one of our 'Make a Stranger Happy' Days

Four different large signs (but many of each) will be placed around the area of the event. One sign features a variety of conversational prompts, sparking intriguing and heartfelt discussions that forge deeper connections. Another sign offers clear, easy-to-follow instructions for active listening, enhancing the quality and depth of your interactions. A third sign provides practical tips for mindfulness and positivity, guiding you to engage more fully and joyfully in the moment. Lastly, we have a sign dedicated to our positivity rule and pledge, a gentle reminder to maintain an atmosphere of positivity and joy throughout the event. These signs are strategically placed to guide, inspire, and encourage every attendee, ensuring that time at 'In-Joy Boston' is not only enjoyable but also enriching and transformative.
