We gather not in protest but in pure celebration of love, unity, and positive transformation. The Be-In is an event designed to harness the power of collective positivity. We strengthen our ability to be present, immerse ourselves in the moment, and connect authentically with others. Life unfolds in the present, and it's only in the present that there is potential for change.

At it's very basic level, the Be-In is a coming together of people with the specific intention of being kind to others, being happy and spreading that happiness amongst each other and out into the world. Crowds amplify emotions. When we all come together in peace and joy, those emotions become amplified, not only heightening the positive emotion of the crowd, but that goodwill spills out of our space, rolling into the city and beyond.

When we are happy, we take that much unhappiness out of the world. When we are joyful, we put that much more joy into the world. Life only happens in this moment. This moment right now. As you're reading this. Right now. Some people go their whole lives not actually living life, but stewing in the past or worrying about the future. Let's take the time to be conscious, together. When we are conscious, we take that much unconsciousness out of the world. When we are in the present moment, there are that many more people engaging with real life.

You can't fight war with war. You can only overcome war with peace. You can't fight hate with hate. You can only overcome hate with love. This community is not anti-anything. We are just pro-good things. If we focus on peace, there is no room for war. When you start fighting something - that just adds more chaos, anger and strife. You won't get anyone to listen that way, but if we set ourselves apart as a voice for presence, peace and the power of unity, who knows what we can accomplish?
And, honestly, wouldn't it be great just to have nothing but positive feelings for a few hours? What a relief! This event. gives you "permission" to stop worrying and just enjoy yourself. No thinking or talking about upsetting things. Just being in the now and enjoying being present with people of goodwill who are there to do the same.
